Nicole Binney

Nicole is a MS, LMFT, ASDCS

Nicole Binney is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is also a certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist with a passion for supporting neurodivergent people to better understand themselves. She is trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and has training in several other trauma-focused treatment modalities.  She is a clinical fellow of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT) and is also a member of the International Marriage and Family Therapy Honor Society.  Nicole has years of personal and professional experience supporting children, teens, and families who have experienced abuse trauma. She has supported individuals in in-patient and out-patient therapy services. Nicole believes in supporting individuals, couples, and families in discovering restored connections and fuller joy in their relationships, and finding reconciliation and healing. When she is not at Healing Rock Counseling, she enjoys flower gardening and enjoying time with her family at the lake.
