What to Expect

Sessions typically last 45–55 minutes and give every member of your family a dedicated, safe space to be heard.

Your first session is about getting comfortable and giving everyone a chance to share their perspective. Your therapist will really listen — to each person in the room — before helping your family identify patterns, open new lines of communication, and start building toward something better together.

Progress happens at your pace, and your therapist will be with you every step of the way.
