Our Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a one-on-one treatment approach where a person works directly with a trained therapist to address presenting concerns. The therapist provides a safe, confidential space for the individual to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through various therapeutic techniques, individual therapy helps clients gain self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and make positive changes to improve their well-being
Family and Couples Therapy
Couples and family therapy is designed to help individuals, couples, and families address relationship dynamics and improve communication. In couples therapy, the focus is on resolving conflicts, improving intimacy, and strengthening the relationship between partners. Family therapy, on the other hand, works with families to address issues like communication breakdowns, parenting challenges, and intergenerational conflicts. Both therapies aim to promote understanding and cooperation within the family or couple.
Play Therapy
Play therapy is a therapeutic approach used primarily with children, where they use play to express themselves, explore emotions, and address psychological challenges. Through play, children can communicate feelings and experiences they may not be able to articulate verbally. Play therapists provide a safe environment and observe the child’s play to understand underlying issues, offering guidance, support, and interventions to promote emotional healing and development.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or
service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
